Digital Courses and Materials Due to the digital nature of our IELTS preparation materials, practice tests, and online courses, all sales are generally non-refundable once login credentials or digital downloads have been dispatched.

Exceptions Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment was processed due to a technical error.

• A course or service was canceled by elaielts.org prior to delivery.
